So I’ll ask the same to you. What brings YOU in today?

How Can I Help You?
ONCE PER WEEK, I post new content for YOU. This content will be related to your health, wellness, fitness, pain and injury prevention.
In order for you to maximize your outcomes, I’m asking YOU to play a part. A typical post may seem like you’re receiving information to digest and use however and whenever you see fit – something to browse in your free time…
…but this is different.
I want YOU to join the conversation! This isn’t meant to be a monologue, but a DIALOGUE. I don’t want to lecture you, but to engage with you. How will I know how to best serve your needs if I don’t hear from you?
So at the end of each post, I’ll ask a question. Please respond. If you have a question, please ask. If something is unclear, ask for clarification. Participate! You’ll be more successful if you do.
My aim is to post new content ONCE PER WEEK. That being said, remember, I do have a family including two young kids. Life is busy. Things happen that we don’t plan for. Therefore, in all honesty, I’m not promising 100% consistency. I am going to try my hardest to deliver – but if I don’t, please be understanding.
My promise is that I will provide you with as much quality content as I can. This isn’t meant to be boring, dry research filled with medical terminology for the healthcare industry. This is meant for YOU – so with your help, I’ll do my best to make it relevant to YOU!
Why am I offering this service?
Because building you up and making you better is important to me. I’ve been entrusted with my position as a Physical Therapist to do what’s best for my patients AND the greater community. My hope is that in the coming months you would be better for taking part in this.
